Forget-me-not End-User License Agreement

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using this software. Use of this software indicates you accept the terms of this End-User License Agreement.

Forget-me-not (the Software) is provided “as-is” and without warranty of any kind, express, implied or otherwise, including, without limitation, any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

In no event shall the author of this software be held liable for data loss, damages, loss of profits or any other kind of loss incurred while using or misusing this software.
License

The Software is distributed on paid basis. You are free to test it free of charge for 30 days. If you wish to continue using the Software, you need to register by purchasing a License Code. Once registered, you are granted a non-exclusive license to use the Software on up to 3 computers at a time belonging to the same person or members of their family (for self-employed users) or to the same employee (for corporate users).

The License Code is intended for personal use by the registered user.

The License Code is valid for the current major version of Forget-me-not. All upgrades within the same major version are free of charge. New major versions are published every 2 or 3 years as new functionality is added to the program, and are offered to licensed users at discounted prices.
Distribution

Forget-me-not installation packages may be freely distributed, provided the installation packages are not modified.

No person or company may charge a fee for the distribution of the Software without written permission from the copyright holder.

A registered copy of the Software may not be rented, leased, or granted to any other person or company. License transfers are possible as detailed in section 2.
Restrictions on Use

This software must not be decompiled, disassembled, reverse engineered or otherwise modified.
