Following the recent addition of Dual Language Document Assistant in TransTools+, the tool has been updated with several useful features for hiding and unhiding text in order to prepare documents for translation inside CAT tools.
The following new features have been added to Dual Language Document Assistant in version 2.5.2 of TransTools+:
- Hide text based on highlight color command makes it possible to hide text in the entire document based on its highlight color before the document is imported into a CAT tool for translation. Two different options are provided.
When you select Hide everything except color-highlighted text, the tool hides all the text in the current document with the exception of color-highlighted text of a specific (or any) color depending on your choice. This is the default option, since normally you will apply color highlighting to the future translation.
When you select Hide color-highlighted text, the tool hides all the text that has a specific (or any) highlight color in the entire document. This option might be useful in some scenarios. - Unhide all text command makes it possible to unhide all document text after the document is exported from the CAT tool, prior to delivery to the customer.
In addition to the above, several scrolling issues have been fixed in Dual Language Document Assistant.
