The commands in this section are designed to help in the following situations:
- translating standard template-based spreadsheets, e.g. software-generated reports, equipment datasheets, schedules, cost estimates, etc.;
- translating text in text boxes.

Process worksheet/selection and extract all unique translateable text (cell values & text from textboxes). The results are placed in a new Excel worksheet. |
Extract all unique translateable text from a worksheet to create a dictionary of common text. This dictionary may be used to quickly translate similar documents using Multiple replace command. |
| Multiple replace |
Uses a replacement list to replace multiple cells with new text throughout a worksheet or selection. |
Translate technical documentation (esp. documents generated by software). |
| Remove Highlight |
Removes all highlights used to identify replaced cells from worksheet/selection. |
