Installing TransTools for Autocad

To install TransTools for Autocad, download the automatic installer or the manual installation zip package (please click the links below for detailed installation guidelines).

There are two ways to install the program:

1. Automatically: run TransTools_setup.exe (it is also included into the manual installation zip package), and follow the installer instructions. Note that by default the file will be installed for the current Windows user only, unless you change the installation directory.
2. Manually: place TransTools for Autocad.dvb from the manual installation package into a folder of your choice.

To use TransTools for Autocad, follow this procedure.

Note: If you are unable to load TransTools for Autocad.dvb, it is possible that VBA support is not installed for your copy of Autocad (In AutoCAD 2009 or earlier, VBA support is an optional component during Autocad installation; in AutoCAD 2010 or later VBA support is not included in the installation and is part of an extra free module available at http://www.autodesk.com/vba-download).
